Choose your file
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Workbooks with several worksheets are read too. Older .xls files need to be saved as .xlsx first.

Columns are recognized
Headers are detected automatically, in any order and with common spellings, including values written in thousands or millions.
- 03
Every property is placed
Addresses are located and pinned on the real city. Files with coordinates are placed instantly. The portfolio is grouped by market and city.
What we read
Columns GlobEstate recognizes.

| Name | name, property, building, asset, title | The label on the pin and the property page. |
| Address | address, street, location | Used to find the building. Add the city and country for best results. |
| City / Country | city, town, country | Groups the portfolio by city and market. |
| Latitude / Longitude | lat, latitude, lng, lon, longitude | Optional. When present, the pin is placed exactly there without an address lookup. |
| Value | value, valuation, price, sales price | Adds up to the portfolio value. |
| NOI | noi, rent, annual rent, net operating income, income | Used for the implied cap rate. |
| Occupancy | occupancy, occupied, occupancy rate | Averaged across the portfolio. |
| Size | sqft, square feet, size, area, floor area | Shown on the property page. |
| Asset class | asset class, class, type | Office, residential, retail and so on, used for filters. |
| Currency | currency, ccy | Mixed currencies in one file are kept apart. |
| Also recognized | cap rate, year built, last renovation, WALT, tenants, ESG, strategy, notes | Shown on the property page when present. |
Only a name or an address is required. Everything else is optional and fills in the financial overview and the property pages.

An uploaded portfolio is stored in your own account and is only visible to you. Nothing is shared unless you send a read-only link to a single property. See the Privacy Policy.
